We haven’t had much time to talk about it because there has been so much work involved in getting the show ready, but angulargeometry has a month long GIF exhibition of his own opening up at the Utah Museum Of Contemporary Art (UMOCA) this Friday, Nov 14th, 2014, from 7-9PM, and he will be there in person for the opening night! Additional details and the press release for the event can be found here, and information on parking and directions can be found on the UMOCA website.

If you live anywhere near the Greater Salt Lake Area, it would mean the world to us for you to come out to the show and say hello - Tyler is driving all the way up from L.A. to be here for this opening night, and if he can go the distance to meet you in person, you can certainly meet him 1/20th of the way. ;)

Do you guys remember when I wouldn’t stop talking about how great I thought it was when my show opened? This one is going to be so much more awesome because TUMBLR GIF COMMUNITY GET TOGETHER! We’re going to have angulargeometryobviologist, and me(admiralpotato), all in the same place at the same time! Seriously, if you’re a lover of amazing GIFs, you’re going to be there at 7PM sharp. The opening night event will run until 9PM.

But you know the best part? The after-party is gonna be WILD! We’re gonna bust open some ________ and ______ and we’re gonna _________ ALL NIGHT LONG! For reals though, we’re probably going to eat some dinner and retire for the evening for some video games and GIF making. Unless some people show up and want to make the night even more memorable, if you know what I’m getting at. ;) You know, like adding a projector to the mix, bringing a few more workstations, and adding a few more nodes to the local render farm - Then we’ll crunch some SERIOUS pixels! You know what I’m talkin’ ‘bout!
