I keep realizing this over and over - my design “Cubic Playground 1” is by far one of my favorite creations ever. So I decided to render a high resolution version of each of its 24 frames to use a wallpaper for myself. Tonight, I found the time and inspiration to work through even more backlog and post these wallpapers, so other people can enjoy them as well! I chose to render the high resolution versions as squares as well, because that allows the design to fit well on all kinds of different device screens, oriented both horizontally and vertically.
Make sure to click the sprocket in the corner of the images at Imgur, and select the “Download full resolution” option. I hope that these are as inspiring to you guys as they have been to me! Send me a message and tell me which frame is your favorite - I never was able to decide on a favorite myself! :)
This seems like a reasonable place to post this note. Does anyone remember the “I Heart Math” series I created earlier this year? That particular afternoon, I was sitting there staring blankly at my screen waiting for an idea to come to me, and it did. With the wallpaper above staring me in the face, I noticed two colors that looked like they would be really cool on a shape right next to each other. 30 minutes later, I had some Math goin’ on! I though I would share with you. It seemed relevant enough to share. Yeah.
Okay! Enjoy you guys!
